ROAM Physical Therapy is a mobile, in-home outpatient physical therapy practice founded in early 2026 by Louis Cerenzia, PT, DPT, a licensed physical therapist with over 10 years of clinical experience.

We deliver high-quality, compassionate, personalized care directly to residents of Pend Oreille County, Washington, and Bonner County, Idaho—rural areas where specialized physical therapy access is often limited by long travel distances, transportation challenges, and provider shortages.

Louis Cerenzia, PT, DPT, earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Eastern Washington University in 2015, building a strong foundation in evidence-based, patient-centered care.

His treatment philosophy centers on hands-on manual therapy—including myofascial release, trigger point release, joint mobilizations, and mobilizations with movement—combined with targeted, progressive strength training to relieve pain, restore function, and enhance daily mobility.

He holds specialized expertise in vestibular rehabilitation, helping patients manage dizziness, imbalance, and related symptoms to regain independence and confidence.

With a strong focus on older adults, Louis emphasizes functional strength and balance training to improve stability, reduce fall risk, alleviate pain, and support maximum strength, independence, and quality of life.

Committed to delivering the most current care, he pursues ongoing continuing education and holds advanced certifications, including:
