ROAM Physical Therapy is a mobile, in-home or workplace outpatient practice founded by Louis Cerenzia, PT, DPT, who brings over 10 years of clinical experience. We serve Pend Oreille County, WA and Bonner County, ID — rural areas where long travel distances and provider shortages often limit access to specialized care.

By bringing dedicated one-on-one treatment into your home, we remove those barriers. We treat adults of all ages: post-surgical recovery, chronic pain, balance and vestibular issues, fall prevention, mobility, and strength — clinic-level therapy, built around your daily life.

Louis Cerenzia, PT, DPT

Louis earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Eastern Washington University in 2015 and practices evidence-based, patient-centered care.

He has focused much of his continuing education on manual therapy for myofascial and chronic pain, joint mobilization techniques, exercise prescription, and dry needling. He combines these hands-on approaches — including myofascial and trigger point release, joint mobilizations, mobilization with movement, and dry needling when indicated — with individualized mobility and strength exercises to reduce pain, restore function, and improve everyday movement.

Louis also has specialized training in vestibular rehabilitation, helping patients manage dizziness, imbalance, and related symptoms to regain confidence and independence.

Louis works with adults across the lifespan, with particular experience in older adults, emphasizing functional strength and balance training to improve stability, reduce fall risk, and support long-term independence and quality of life.

He is committed to ongoing continuing education and holds professional certifications, including:

• Human Movement Specialist (HMS)

• Vestibular Rehabilitation II (AIB-VR II, American Institute of Balance)
