At ROAM Physical Therapy, we believe in transparent and accessible care. We offer several ways to cover your personalized, one-on-one therapy sessions in the comfort of your home.

In-Network Insurance

• Federal Employee Program (FEP)

• Medicare Part B (WA & ID): Enrollment in progress. We are currently accepting patients, with claims to be submitted retroactively upon final credentialing (effective back to Jan 4, 2026).

Out-of-Network Insurances

Self-Pay

If we are not yet in-network with your specific insurance plan, you can still receive services and upon your request, we will provide detailed superbills that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

We offer a Day-of-Service rate for those without insurance or those choosing to pay out-of-pocket. This rate reflects the administrative savings of direct payment..
